Assembly Automation Systems
| The assembly automation systems that we offer is constructed using heavy gauge 28 x 1 mm thick steel and bonded plastic-coated jacket, modular power drive system provides operator-determined, variable speed automated work flow control. Our assembly automation systems includes docking equipment, welding fixtures and tilting equipment. The tubing is joined with steel fittings system is energized by 24 VDC fractional HP motor. Maneuvered by circular urethane friction belt and 2 semi-circular grooves of rollers positioned in aluminum roller tracks, containers and bins are driven along center track. |

Docking Equipment A docking equipment is introduced for connecting a first electrical connector on a printed circuit card with a second electrical connector of the alignment and docking equipment. The docking equipment includes:
- A support member having the printed circuit board connected thereto
- A movement device granting the support member to move in a first direction relative to the second connector
- A float connection between the movement device and the support member allowing the support member to move in a second direction relative to the second connector.
The second direction is angled relative to the first direction. The float connection permits the first connector to align with the second connector as the support member is moved in the first direction and the first and second connectors are being connected to one another.

Tilting Equipment The tilting equipment we manufacture are used when positioning of the load is required. These tilting equipments are also used to reduce a worker’s lifting as well as reaching motion. The pallet load levelers are the lift and turn tables which are used in manual palletizing that helps in reducing the amount of bending and stooping. It is further involved with manually loading a pallet by combining a lifting and turning mechanism with a device that lowers the table as each layer is completed so that at the optimal height of 30 inches the loading takes place. |
