Industrial Roller Conveyor
The industrial roller conveyor that we fabricate are designed and developed with the help of a solid 10 gauge satin coat steel frame to enhance the durability of the body. The belts of the conveyors are purchased from one of the leading manufacturers that maintain strict vigil over the quality standards. The legs of our conveyors are adjustable for uneven floors to enable the linear surface.
Industrial roller conveyor comes with a bar and chain system for high temperatures or for spraying/coating applications that would otherwise stick on belts. UV-CURE paints with high solids contents are notorious for damaging normal belting material. |

Rear Axle The rear axle bearings we fabricate are made of chrome steel. The specification of rear axle are as follows :
- it can rotate with the speed of 11,000 RPM.
- The bearings have 2 rubber seals that prevent it from dust and other possible contamination.
- Pre-lubricated with grease, the bearings are packed and delivered in the original manufacturer bag so that they reach the destination safe and sound.

The roller conveyors are fitted with continuous duty multi drive motors, whose specifications are as follows:
- Line speed is adjustable from 0 to 120 ft. per minute
- Start/Stop cycle 300 times per hour
- On/Off switches at both ends
- Approximately 3 amps per 12 ft of conveyor
- Durable DC drive motors with 120VAC
- Optional 230VAC available
Further, the roller conveyor also has self tracking that allows the cartons to follow the movements of the conveyor path without using engineered curves. The height can also be adjusted simply by turning the locking knob to raise or lower the conveyor. High performing square tubing legs are provided for longer service life.
The 16 gauge 1.9 bearing roller is place on 12 mm axles to enhance the durability. Aluminum plate of 2” is placed for extra strength, which is assembled with nuts and bolts. 8”x2” casters with brakes are installed so that it can roll in uneven surface and lock the wheel in place during the conveyor in use.
